SESPilot offers integration with Canva to allow you to create and import designs directly into your email campaigns. If you choose to connect your Canva account, we will access and process certain information as follows:
- Access & Refresh Tokens: We securely store your Canva authentication tokens to maintain the connection between your SESPilot account and Canva.
- Design Metadata: We may access metadata about your designs (such as titles and modification dates) to display them within the SESPilot interface.
- Content Export: We access and download the image file (e.g., JPG or PNG) of the design you select to embed it into your email template.
This data is used solely to provide the integration features. We do not use your Canva data for advertising or other unrelated purposes. You can revoke this access at any time through your Canva account settings.

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. Your AWS credentials are encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard encryption protocols.
